The robot cell RoboClean, also suitable for high pressure deburring, performs its cleaning tasks with maximum productivity and flexibility. It can be used as stand-alone solution as well as combined with ProMoClean®.
For complex cleaning tasks
It is unthinkable to do without the highest quality standards like precision cleaning, high pressure deburring as well as absolute dryness of the components in the production processes of the automotive industry and its subcontractors. At the same time the bar for productivity, flexibility and profitability is raised. At that point conventional mechanical engineering is no longer able to go beyond, because now special methods and systems are needed. Without integrating automation, distributed control concepts and innovative feed systems the cleaning tasks of that kind are not possible within the requested cycle time and quality. The standard robot cell RoboClean is designed to customer’s specification for components with complex geometries in small series or varying manufacture of product families. Water pressure, spacing and geometry of the nozzles as well as dwell time must be defined on the basis of the components. The flexible workpiece location of this high-capacity allrounder with six degrees of freedom allows high precision cleaning of surfaces as well as undercuts, blind and threaded holes on all sides of the component.
