With an own team for planning, design, hardware and software as well as project management, Strama-MPS is the solution provider for a broad and superior product portfolio in the sectors Metal Cutting Machines, Cleaning Technology, Photovoltaic, Assembly and Testing Plants, with Special Test Rigs as well as Body Welding and Assembly Systems.

In close contact with you our specialists visualize the complete process chain from the unmachined part up to the finished product. State-of-the-art CAD systems (Inventor 2009, Catia V4/V5, SolidWorks) support us already in the development phase to simulate your machine, to check ergonomic principles and to identify collisions. The continuity of 3D already allows us during the development to optimize components with FEM analysis and to determine natural frequencies of assemblies already in advance. Thus the design, besides preparing of the manufacturing documentation, ensures the operational safety and reliability.

As link between design and software engineering the electro- and fluid technical equipment of our machines and systems is planned exactly to your requirements with the cross-disciplinary engineering tools Eplan P8, Eplan 5, Eplan fluid and SiGRAPH ET. The data compiled in this way will then be transferred into programs for classic PLCs, PC-based systems, PC-measuring systems, robots as well as CNC control systems by our software team. With various tools like WinCC, Xenon, Iconics, WinStudio or OES the respectively matched concept for operation and visualization which fits your standards will be realized. For an increased flexibility and modularity of our systems, of course device-dependent and including your specifications, we rely on bus systems like Profibus, Profinet, Industrial Ethernet and Interbus-S for coupling of the peripherals.

In collaboration with you the plant will be optimized after commissioning of the sensors and actuators (drive solutions with servo-motors, stepper motors and linear motors), screw driving systems, assembling and press-in systems as well as of the vision systems until the ready-to-operate delivery to you.

This specific assignment of design, hardware planning and software engineering is reflected in the highest functionality of our systems. Of course we comply with all currently applicable safety standards.
